Tasks

Track to-dos and follow-ups across your workspace. Link tasks to records to keep context with the data that matters.

View tasks

Navigate to Tasks in the sidebar. Filter by status: All, Open, In Progress, or Done. Filter by assignee to see tasks owned by a specific team member.

Create a task

Click New task. Enter a title, set a due date, and choose a priority level. Optionally link the task to an existing record to keep it connected to the relevant contact, deal, or company.

Update a task

Click on any task to open its detail view. Edit the title, due date, priority, assignee, or linked record.

Complete a task

Click the checkbox next to a task to toggle it between open and done. Completed tasks remain visible under the Done filter.

Use task filters to build a daily checklist. Filter by assignee (yourself) and status (Open) to see only what needs your attention today.

Delete a task

Click delete on a task to remove it permanently. This action cannot be undone.
