Saved Views
Save and reuse list configurations so you can switch between different ways of looking at your data.
What a view saves
A saved view stores your current sort column and direction, active filters, visible fields and their order, the grouping field (for kanban), and the view mode (list or kanban).
Create a view
Configure the list or kanban with the filters, sort, and columns you want. Click Save current view in the view switcher dropdown. Enter a name, choose the view type, and optionally mark it as shared. Click Save View.
Switch between views
Click the view switcher dropdown above the list. Select a saved view to apply it, or choose All records to reset to the default. Each view shows a Shared or Personal badge.
Update a view
Make changes to the active view's filters, sort, or visible fields. Open the view switcher dropdown and click Update current view. The saved configuration is overwritten with the current settings.
Share a view
Check Share with team when creating a view. Shared views are visible to all workspace members. Personal views are only visible to you. You can toggle sharing when creating the view.
Deleting a shared view removes it for all workspace members, not just you.
Set a default view
Admins can save the current list configuration as the default for all users on an entity type. New users and users without a personal view see this default when they visit the entity list.
Delete a view
Open the view switcher dropdown. Hover over the view you want to remove and click the trash icon. The view is deleted immediately.
