Notifications
Stay on top of mentions, assignments, reminders, due dates, and admin alerts.
View notifications
Click the bell icon in the top bar. A badge displays your unread count (up to 9+). Click through to open the full notifications page for the complete list.
Each notification shows its type icon, title, body, and relative timestamp. Unread notifications are highlighted with a blue dot and bold title.
Filter notifications
Toggle between All and Unread at the top of the notifications page. Use Unread to focus on items that still need your attention.
Mark as read
Click any notification to mark it as read. If the notification has a link, you are navigated to the relevant record or page.
Use the Mark all read button in the top-right corner to clear every unread notification at once.
Configure preferences
Open the notifications page and click Preferences in the top-right corner. A preferences panel expands with a toggle grid. Each notification type has two channels you can enable or disable independently:
- Mentions — Someone @mentioned you in a comment
- Task assigned — A task was assigned to you
- Task due — A task you own has a reminder due or is due today
- System — Admin alerts for failed imports, failed workflow runs, and failed notification email delivery
For each type, toggle In-app and Email on or off. Changes save automatically.
In-app notifications appear in real time via SSE live updates. Email notifications are queued and delivered to your login email address.
