Bulk Actions

Select multiple records in list or kanban view and act on them all at once.

Select records

Three ways to select:

• Checkbox — click the checkbox on individual rows (list view) or cards (kanban view).
• Shift+click — hold Shift and click a row to select everything between the last focused record and the clicked row.
• Header checkbox — click the checkbox in the table header to select or deselect all visible records on the current page.

Press X to toggle selection on the currently focused record. Press Escape to clear all selections.

Available actions

When at least one record is selected, an action bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing the count and available actions:

Delete

Permanently removes the selected records. You'll need to type the number of records being deleted to confirm — no accidental mass deletions.

Move to stage

Move all selected records to a different pipeline stage. Pick the target stage from a dropdown. If the target is a lost stage and you've configured lost reasons, a second dropdown appears to pick a reason.

Set field value

Update a select field across all selected records. Pick the field, then pick the value to apply.

Assign owner

Assign or unassign an owner on all selected records. Pick a team member from the dropdown, or choose Unassign owner to clear the assignment.

After the action

A toast confirms how many records were updated. If some records couldn't be updated (e.g., permission issues), you'll see a breakdown of successes and failures. Selection clears automatically after a successful action.
