Kanban

Visualize records as cards on a drag-and-drop board, grouped by a select or stage field.

Switch to kanban view

Open any entity list. In the toolbar, click the view mode toggle and select the Kanban icon. The toggle is disabled if no select or stage field exists on the entity type.

Navigate the board

Each column represents one value of the grouping field. Column headers show the value name and a record count. Each card displays the record title, up to four visible fields, the owner avatar, and a relative timestamp. Records without a value appear in an Unset column at the end.

Move records between columns

Drag a card from one column and drop it onto another. The grouping field value updates automatically. Dropping a card onto a terminal stage column (Won or Lost) triggers a confirmation dialog before the update is applied.

Kanban on mobile

On small screens, the board renders as collapsible sections instead of side-by-side columns. The first two columns are expanded by default. Drag-and-drop is not available. Tap a card to open the record detail view and change the field value from there.
